Decide when you will learn
Decide specifically what you will learn in this 1 hour session
Preselect one day before : your books, specific chapters, or blogs you will read
Have a sense of urgency and not relaxed back
check every 15 minutes if you are moving towards specific goals or is it taking too much time
read such that you don't need to re-read it
- take very rough extremely short notes, like 3-4 words sentences
At the end of the 1 hr create your own cheat sheet
- there are cheat sheets online, but when you write your own you are creating neural paths in your brain.
